Every loan on Lite Finserv is sanctioned, disbursed and collected by an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company. The lender's name, RBI registration number and grievance contacts are always shown in your Key Fact Statement before you sign, and will be published on this page.

What this means for you
- Your loan agreement is with the lender, not with Lite Finserv.
- The lender decides your eligibility, interest rate and loan amount, and issues the Key Fact Statement.
- Disbursal goes directly from the lender to the merchant; repayments go directly to the lender.
- The lender reports your loan to credit bureaus.
- The lender's Fair Practices Code, interest rate policy and recovery policy apply to your loan.
