Recovery policy & agents
How overdue EMIs are followed up, and the conduct you can expect.
Our approach
Reminders are sent before and after the due date. Recovery is carried out by the lender or agents authorised by it, following RBI conduct norms.
Conduct standards
No harassment, threats or abusive language. Calls only between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Agents must identify themselves and carry the lender's authorisation. Your privacy and dignity are respected.
Recovery agents
The list of authorised recovery agents is published here before any agent is engaged. You will be told the agent's details before they contact you.
Report misconduct
If anyone behaves improperly while recovering dues, write to grievance@litefinserv.com immediately.
