About these terms
These terms govern your use of litefinserv.com and the Lite Finserv platform, operated by Teave Business Solutions Private Limited (CIN U74999UP2018PTC101502), B-2/64, Lohia Road, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
Our role
Lite Finserv is a Lending Service Provider. We help you discover products and apply for purchase finance. Loans are sanctioned, disbursed and collected by our RBI-registered NBFC lending partner. Your loan is governed by the loan agreement and Key Fact Statement issued by the lender.
Eligibility
You must be an Indian resident aged 18 or above with a valid PAN and Aadhaar to apply for a loan.
Your responsibilities
Provide true and complete information, keep your login and OTPs confidential, and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Products and merchants
Products are sold by independent merchants and refurbishers, who are responsible for the product, its invoice, delivery, warranty and returns.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Teave Business Solutions Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
