Who we are
Teave Business Solutions Private Limited ("we") operates Lite Finserv. We process your personal data as a data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Identity and contact details (name, mobile, email, PAN, Aadhaar via e-KYC), address and PIN code, employment and income details, product and order details, device and usage data needed for security.
What we never access
We do not access your contacts, photos, media, files or call logs.
Why we use it
To check eligibility and process your application with the lender, complete KYC, set up repayment, provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Each purpose is consented to separately.
Sharing
We share data only with the lender, KYC and e-sign service providers acting on the lender's instructions, the merchant for your order, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored in India. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent and nominate a person, by writing to privacy@litefinserv.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect an existing loan that the lender must service.
